Production time is 14 days + UPS delivery of 2-5 days.
The old brackets are worn out. Replace them with the brackets that came with your new shade. If the new brackets don't match the old, email us a picture of the old brackets, or send one to us and we will find a match.

All of our rollers, both spring and cord operated are fully warranted for 2 years from the date of purchase. All of our materials are fully guaranteed against defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. Sewing thread is guaranteed for 5 years.

Pulling the shade from the sides will cause the shade to veer off into the brackets and damage the material.
We recover your old shade rollers and give you a credit for using them. The credit is per roller and you need to ship them to us. The rollers must be in working condition. Contact us for more details.
