• Step 1- Download the order form.
• Step 2- Print the order form, fill it out by hand, and scan it into your computer. You can also, fill the order form out on your computer, and save it.
• Step 3- Email, Fax, or Mail the order form to us.

Page 2 is where you will fill out your shade order. It has sections for window dimensions, room designations, design options and prices.

Both pages can be filled out on the computer, or printed and filled out by hand
