How long will it take to receive my order?   Production time is 14 days + UPS delivery of 2-5 days.
     
How do I clean my new shades?   Soap and water with a sponge. Except Plisse material which is best dry cleaned.
     
What if I measured wrong, or chose the wrong color?   Refer to the Zwick Guarantee under the policy tab.
     

Where do the materials and components come from?

 

The United States and Europe.

     
How long will it take for my scallops to straighten out?   Depending upon conditions, around 1 week.
     
Why doesn't my shade cover the entire window opening?   There is an allowance of 1/2 inch on each side of the shade on an inside mount to allow for the shade hardware.
     
Why do you charge for shipping?   We choose not to raise our product prices to cover the shipping costs.
     
What methods of payments do you accept?   We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Personal Checks, and Money Orders.
     
When do you charge my credit card?   Your credit card is charged at the time that the order is placed. This is because you are ordering custom made products.
     

What is your warranty?

 

 

All of our rollers, both spring and cord operated are fully warranted for 2 years from the date of purchase.

All of our materials are fully guaranteed against defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.  Sewing thread is guaranteed for 5 years.

     
How long will my shades last?   This varies, but in general with proper care up to 20 years.
     

I have unusual windows. Can you help me figure out how I can measure and install?

  Yes, please call us, or email us a picture of your windows and we will be glad to help you figure out how to measure or install properly.
     
Why on my spring roller shade, do I have to pull it up and down from the center?   Pulling the shade from the sides will cause the shade to veer off into the brackets and damage the material.
     
What does roller allowance mean on your price list?   We recover your old shade rollers and give you a credit for using them. The credit is per roller and you need to ship them to us. The rollers must be in working condition. Contact us for more details.
